To obtain a vehicle record request of another person, you will need the following. You will need the Request for record information form (INF 70) to request a copy of another persons driver or vehicle/vessel record or a deceased person's photograph (if you are an immediate family member with a certified copy of a death certificate). There will be a fee, so be ready to pay that. You can also request your own vehicle record. Instructions for completing the INF 70 are with the form itself.
